Slice of Life Day 2

My positive thoughts bring me to the fact that yesterday I beat my activity record on my Health app which is linked to my watch.  I did this just by teaching choreography in music class and doing my regular work activities.  I get lots of steps in our long hallways, just by going back and forth to the office or to the teacher's lounge or to the restroom.  According to my app, I moved and burned 389 out of 300 calories, exercised 33 out of 30 minutes, stood 17 out of 12 hours and took 10,983 steps equalling the distance of 5.23 miles!  I feel great, too.
